Vine Fellowship is set up with an apostolic type of church government. This means rather than the congregation voting on everything, the pastor leads the church with the support and assistance of the church elders. We call our elders the advisory team.
Although we do not vote on issues as a congregation (congregational leadership), the church leaders are open to comments and suggestions from the congregation. We recognize that members have certain areas of expertise and that God speaks to and through His people.
